Warranty Repair

If you’ve had an issue covered by the warranty policy, please submit all the necessary information below. Let’s get you back on the road and trails as soon as possible!

A warranty claim without an invoice attached will not be accepted unless the product has been previously registered with PROTOTYPE.

Warranty will not be approved in cases of:

  • Products without invoices;
  • Damage resulting from any kind of modification;
  • Damage resulting from normal wear of dust seals, bearing races, bearings,  free hubs, spokes, sprockets, handlebar grips, grip tape, stripped threads, stripped bolts, bushings, pawls, tools and wheel braking surfaces;
  • Damage caused by incorrect installation or use of incompatible parts;
  • Damage cause by shipment or storage;
  • Damage resulting from inadequate maintenance;
  • Damage caused intentionally;
  • Damage caused from accidents or impacts. Check your elibility to our Crash Replacement Program.
