If you’ve had an issue covered by the warranty with one of our products, please submit all the necessary information below. Let’s get you back on the road and trails as soon as possible!

A warranty claim without an invoice attached will not be accepted unless the product has been previously registered with PROTOTYPE.

Warranty limitations:

  • Damage resulting from any kind of modification
  • Damage resulting from normal wear of dust seals
  • Damage caused by incorrect installation or use of incompatible parts
  • Damage cause by shipment or storage
  • Damage resulting from inadequate maintenance
  • Damage caused intentionally
