A warranty claim without an invoice attached will not be accepted unless the product has been previously registered with PROTOTYPE.
Warranty will not be approved in cases of:
- Products without invoices;
- Damage resulting from any kind of modification;
- Damage resulting from normal wear of dust seals, bearing races, bearings, free hubs, spokes, sprockets, handlebar grips, grip tape, stripped threads, stripped bolts, bushings, pawls, tools and wheel braking surfaces;
- Damage caused by incorrect installation or use of incompatible parts;
- Damage cause by shipment or storage;
- Damage resulting from inadequate maintenance;
- Damage caused intentionally;
- Damage caused from accidents or impacts. Check your elibility to our Crash Replacement Program.
